A proven approach to unlocking performance and potential.

B — Benchmark Your Goals
Every transformation starts with clarity. We benchmark your goals and use diagnostic tools to uncover what’s really happening beneath the surface—so decisions are guided by insight, not assumption.

O — Open Dialogue
Break through the silence that holds teams back. Through facilitated conversations, we surface unspoken challenges, rebuild trust, and align everyone around a shared vision for success.

O — Operational Prescription
Turn insight into action. We design practical, results-driven strategies that streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive measurable outcomes.

N — Neutralize Blockers
Identify and eliminate the barriers—cultural, structural, or behavioral—that stand in the way of high performance. When obstacles are removed, momentum follows.

E — Evolve Continuously

Sustainable success requires growth. We help your organization continuously refine its people, plans, and processes to stay adaptable, agile, and ahead of change.

What makes the BOONE system superior?

Rather than imposing culture change from above, this system builds high-performance from the foundation up, making all your other performance improvements exponentially more effective.

A 5-minute reflection to see how your team performs across five key areas of trust, clarity, and accountability.

B — Benchmark Your Goals

Clarity drives performance.

When goals aren’t defined, people fill in the blanks—and often in different directions.

Ask yourself:
Does every team member understand our top three priorities right now?
Are success measures clearly defined and visible?
Do we regularly revisit goals to ensure they’re still relevant?
Are resources aligned with our priorities?

If you checked “no” to more than one item:

Start by clearly articulating and sharing your team’s measurable goals. Even the best strategies can’t succeed without shared clarity.

O — Open Dialogue

Silence can be a sign of fear, not agreement.

Teams thrive when people can speak openly about what’s working—and what isn’t.

Ask yourself:
Do team members feel comfortable sharing bad news or mistakes?
Are meetings a space for honest discussion or just updates?
Is feedback a two-way street?
Do leaders actively invite differing viewpoints?

If any of these feel off:

Create moments for open dialogue. Psychological safety fuels innovation, trust, and engagement.

O — Operational Prescription

Insight without action changes nothing.

Once you see what needs attention, you need a focused plan to address it.

Ask yourself:
Do we have a clear action plan linked to our goals?
Are responsibilities defined and deadlines realistic?
Do we measure progress consistently?
Do we adapt quickly when something isn’t working?

If gaps exist:

Define your “operational prescription”—a short, simple plan that translates insight into consistent action.

N — Neutralize Blockers

Every system has friction points.

They might be cultural (mindsets), structural (processes), or behavioral (habits).

Ask yourself:
What slows down decisions or follow-through?
Are there recurring patterns of conflict, delay, or confusion?
Do we have the right people in the right roles?
Are any outdated processes still in play because “that’s how we’ve always done it”?

If you nodded yes:

You’ve found your blockers. Neutralizing them clears the path for real progress.

E — Evolve Continuously

Success isn’t a finish line—it’s a habit.

The best teams make learning and improvement part of how they work.

Ask yourself:
Do we regularly review and refine our processes?
Do we celebrate wins and extract lessons from setbacks?
Are we investing in our people’s growth?
Are we adapting as our environment changes?

If you’re not evolving, you’re eroding.

Continuous improvement keeps teams engaged, agile, and future-ready.
